OurSoft (“we”, “us”) builds privacy-first mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains how our apps and the website oursoft.top handle information. We designed our products so that your personal content stays on your device wherever possible.

2. Information We Process

Photos & documents: images you capture (film frames, receipts, invoices) are processed locally on your device.
Contact data: if you email us, we receive the address and message you send.
We do NOT collect: accounts, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
Website analytics: this website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics — pages visited, session duration, country. This data is tied to a browser cookie and cannot identify you personally. Analytics are only loaded after you give consent via the cookie banner.

3. On-Device Processing

Core features — negative inversion, OCR, data extraction, calculations — run locally using on-device libraries. This content is not uploaded to our servers.

4. Optional Cloud AI

Some optional features (such as AI photo restoration) temporarily send an image over an encrypted channel to a third-party AI provider to return the enhanced result. The source is deleted automatically after processing. These features are always opt-in and clearly labelled.

5. Payments

Any in-app purchases are handled by the app store (Google Play / App Store). We never receive or store your card details.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We only share the minimum data necessary with infrastructure providers strictly to deliver an opt-in feature you requested.

7. Your Rights

Because your content stays on your device, you remain in full control: delete files at any time, or uninstall the app to remove local data. For any request regarding data you sent us by email, contact us below.

8. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
