By downloading, installing or using any OurSoft application, or visiting oursoft.top (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or the Site.

OurSoft develops mobile utilities including Film Negative Scanner (film digitization) and Invoice Scanner (receipt & invoice processing). Features, availability and pricing may evolve over time.

Some apps offer free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the app store with auto-renewal. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice. All payments are processed by the app store.

Refund requests are handled under the applicable app store policy (e.g. Google Play / App Store). The developer does not process refunds directly.

All intellectual property in the apps (code, design, branding, algorithms) belongs to the developer. You retain full ownership of all content you create with the apps.

• You must not use the apps to process or distribute unlawful content.
• You must not decompile, reverse-engineer or tamper with the apps.
• You are responsible for handling your own physical materials (film, documents) with care.

The apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results identical to professional equipment or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the apps.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the apps and cancel any subscription at any time via the app store.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
