Invoice Scanner is an Android application (minSdk API 26, portrait orientation) that helps users photograph or import invoices and receipts, extract data via OCR, calculate VAT for 27 EU member states and the United Kingdom, and export bookkeeping reports. The app is developed and published by an independent developer at oursoft.top.

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play with automatic renewal on a Monthly, Quarterly or Annual cycle. You may cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. The developer does not process refunds directly.
Invoice Scanner is a bookkeeping assistance tool, not a certified tax advisor or accounting service. VAT calculations are based on the tax rates configured for your selected country and are provided for informational convenience only. You are solely responsible for verifying all extracted data on the Verify screen before submitting any tax returns (HMRC, Finanzamt, Revenue, etc.). The developer accepts no liability for inaccurate tax filings based on app output.
All intellectual property in the app (code, design, branding, algorithms) belongs to the developer. You retain full ownership of all data and documents you process with the app.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% OCR accuracy or that VAT calculations will match your jurisdiction’s current rates at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from incorrect data extraction or tax calculations.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app and cancel any subscription at any time via Google Play.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
